You must meet the following requirements to use rn98's services—

• You may not own more than one rn98 account, including through a family member — one account per person only.
• You must use the platform for your own personal purposes only, and must not play on behalf of a third party.

Identity Verification

rn98 may at any time request a copy of your national registration card or citizenship document to verify your age and personal details. If the information you have provided is found to be inaccurate, your account may be closed immediately.

Once you open an account with rn98, the following responsibilities apply to you—

• You must keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential and must not share them with anyone.
• Each player is solely responsible for any losses or violations arising from activity on their own account.
• You must notify rn98 immediately if any changes occur to your personal information.
• If you notice any unauthorised access to your account, you must report it to our support team immediately.

Account Closure

If rn98 finds that these terms and conditions have been violated, it may temporarily restrict or permanently close the account without prior notice. In the event of such closure, rn98 will decide whether any remaining legitimate funds are to be returned.

Deposits

Deposits at rn98 can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 10,000 Ks. Funds will appear in your account almost instantly after a deposit is made.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Any withdrawal request may take longer during verification and can be delayed due to banking or technical reasons.

• Required wagering conditions must be met before withdrawal requests can be made.
• There may be a restriction that withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the deposit.
• rn98 may place a withdrawal on hold for review if deemed necessary.

Financial Verification

Welcome Bonus

The rn98 welcome bonus is 150% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 500,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, a wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount must be completed.

Example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 30,000 Ks, giving a total of 50,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once per player.
• While the bonus is active, the bonus principal cannot be withdrawn; only bonus winnings can be withdrawn once the wagering requirement is met.
• Wagering towards the bonus can only be done on games specified by rn98.
• When playing with both your own funds and bonus funds, your own funds will be used first.
• rn98 may modify bonus terms without prior notice.

Bonus Abuse

If rn98 finds that a bonus has been abused, it has the right to void the bonus and any winnings generated from it without paying them out.

The rn98 platform maintains a fair gaming environment for all players. The following actions are therefore prohibited—

• Attempting to scrape game data using software tools, bots, or code.
• Attempting to claim bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts (multi-accounting).
• Attempting to use the platform for money laundering or to circumvent large fund transfers.
• Attempting to manipulate games on your account using third-party software (game manipulation).
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to other players' accounts (account hacking).
• Threatening or engaging in abusive behaviour toward rn98 staff or other players.

Action on Violations

If rn98 detects any of these violations, it may immediately suspend the account, void bonuses, freeze remaining funds, and take legal action if necessary.
